Our patrols attended a client's property when their alarm was activated. They found workers on site who were doing improvements, checked their credentials and made sure all was perfect with the house and surroundings. Contacted client who was hugely relieved that we were there to deal with the situation. They were now to carry on enjoying their holiday!
