Most businesses will have a designated key holder...

The designated key holder is normally placed in charge of responding to out-of-hours emergencies and alarms. Businesses can avoid a member staff finding themselves face-to-face with an intruder by taking advantage of our keyholding and alarm response service.

As a property key holder, you must be able to attend your premises within a 20 minute period and resolve any alarm issues. If you fail to do this on more than three occasions, the police will withdraw their response from your premises, and your alarm could be considered a nuisance. As designated key holders we will assume this responsibility on your behalf for all open-ups and lock-downs.
